Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take?
We offer standard tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or peak shopping periods.
How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to help protect your personal and payment information. Payments are securely handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at support@cloudslipper.store and we will verify your order details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cloudslipper.store. We will attempt to update your information if your order has not yet been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
